Previously, I had some pretty good weight lifting knowledge over the years, but HOS has the best instruction. HOS has great fundamental strength training that is proven. I think the atmosphere is great also, HOS tries to treat you like family. I enjoy lifting here and within a month, I am experiencing some good gains.

Halls of Strength offers a gym experience like no other! The environment is welcoming and empowering. Coach Rich meets each member where they are at in their health/fitness/strength journey and tailors a program that will not only help you reach your goal, but surpass it. Training here has given me the confidence to compete as a powerlifter and there's no looking back!

I have been training at Halls of Strength for a while now, and I have to say the coaches, members, and atmosphere is very inviting. It feels more like a family then a gym. The head Coach Rich, works hard to make you feel welcome. Your program is tailored to help you meet your needs and grows with you. There's a little bit of something for everyone, no matter what level you are at. I have sciatica pain and the coaches even work with that and have helped me decrease pain overall. I would recommend you try this place out.

I came in here for the first time after Injuring my back. For a person who was an athlete all his life and being hindered by injuries, the owner and his wife knew what I needed to build my strength back up. You can't let ego get in the way. It will take perseverance and a great coach to push you past your mind limitations. If you are serious about keeping your body in tip top shape and learn how the 80 year old grandma's still deadlift more than you, take a chance . Come in for an intro and see how your quality of life can change with just 2-3 days a week.

Found Rich on the USPA website for certified strength coaching. I'm already an experienced lifter but I need to expand my knowledge of powerlifting so went out and found Rich. Hands down. His knowledge made significant improvements in my form and armed me with knowledge that is going to take me to another level. If you are looking to get yourself to the next level. Whether you are a beginner or experienced. Halls of Strength is where you need to go.
